This is the last Will and Testament of me Isabella White of Nailsea in the County of Somerset Widow In the first place I direct my Executors hereinafter named with all convenient speed after my decease to pay and discharge all my just debts and funeral expences and the costs and charges of proving my Will I give and devise unto my sons Isaac White and William White all that my freehold messuage or dwellinghouse farm and lands called or known by the Name of Middletown ffarm situate in the Parish of Tickenham in the said County of Somerset And also my freehold cottages situate in the Parish of Tickenham aforesaid To hold the said messuage or dwellinghouse cottage farm and lands with the appurtenances unto the said Isaac White and William White their heirs and assigns upon Trust that they do and shall with all convenient speed after my decease sell and dispose of my aforesaid messuage or dwellinghouse cottage farm and lands either by public auction or private contract and either altogether and in one lot or by parcels and in separate lots for the best price or prices in money that can be procured for the same And I direct my said Executors to divide the produce arising from the said hereditaments and premises into three equal portions and to pay one equal portion thereof into the proper hands of my daughter Isabella Mary White to and for her own use and benefit And as to the two remaining portions to arise from the sale of the said messuage or dwellinghouse cottage farm lands and hereditaments I direct my said two sons Isaac White and William White to retain the same to and for their own respective use and benefit All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my real and personal estate money property and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I direct shall be equally divided between my said two sons Isaac White and William White and my daughter Isabella Mary White share and share alike and I declare that the receipt and receipts of my said Executors shall be a sufficient discharge or discharges to any purchaser or purchasers for the amount of his her or their purchase money and that such purchaser or purchasers shall not be bound to see to the application of such purchase money nor be answerable for the nonapplication of the same or any part thereof And it is my will and meaning that they my said Executors or either of them shall not be answerable for any loss which may happen in the execution of the trusts of this my Will unless the same may happen by or ... his or their own wilful neglect respectively but that each of them shall be answerable only for his own acts deeds and defaults And I direct that my said Executors shall and may reimburse themselves and himself respectively out of my said estate and effects all reasonable and necessary costs charges and expences whatsoever which they or either of them may bear pay out sustain or be put unto in or about the execution of the trusts of this my Will And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said two sons Isaac White and William White Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament contained in two sheets of paper to the first sheet thereof set my hand and to this second and last sheet thereof set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one
